The agreement
These terms govern your purchase and use of HaloAutomations products and services, operated by Nomad Technologist, British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.
What we sell
Educational products (the bootcamp and VIP upgrade), advisory services (strategy sessions and audits), and custom AI agent builds with optional monthly maintenance. Each build is scoped in writing before work starts. Deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria live in that scope document.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Bootcamp purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not attended a session. Strategy sessions and audits are refundable until the session takes place or work begins. Custom builds are governed by the written scope; a deposit becomes non-refundable once build work starts. Monthly maintenance can be cancelled any time effective the next billing period.
AI services, honestly stated
Our agents identify themselves as AI on every call. AI systems make mistakes; we tune, test, and monitor your agent, and you review bookings it makes, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome. ROI figures on our site are estimates based on the inputs you provide and industry research, not promises.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to forward your business line to the agent and to record calls where required by your jurisdiction's rules, and that information you give us about your business is accurate. You will not use our services for unlawful calls or messaging, including unsolicited robocalls.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits from missed or mishandled calls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
